The yard of the property is partially a green garden with several trees like lemon, grapefruit, banana and palm. The pool area with his sun beds lies in the middle, while the outdoor bar and bbq is under a curved sun shade. All around are areas with tables and chairs, like the veranda on the side of the building. The garden is embellished with details crafted from pietra serena and natural local stone. A dedicated parking area is separated by verdant hedges.
