The house is developed on three levels: the entrance level, with the living and the bedrooms area, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with private windows or covered terraces and patios, located on the first floor. The first floor level contains three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its private covered terrace. The ground level offers a well equipped semiprofessional kitchen, a living and game area and three service bathrooms.

HOME DESIGN

The home design, approached with simplicity and space for light, results in a modern style, comfortable and soothing: this is a family retreat full of light and a joyful, welcoming vibe. Decorated in elegant style with colour-washed walls in pale shades, the interior of the property measures 400 square meters and it can accommodate a maximum of twelve adults and three children in portable beds.
