The heart of the house is the spacious living room, formidably decorated with unique antique and contemporary furniture, and an equally spacious porch for the summer. With one of the most picturesque stone pools in the whole of Tuscany, surrounded by blossoming trees, even more artisanal Tuscan stone and a tennis court, this villa stands out among all the other residencies in the area. In addition, the house has private access to a beach with changing rooms, shower and sun beds, all just 20 minutes away.

A manicured lawn and large garden declining towards the horizon introduce this two-story villa, located minutes from the sea on the South Tuscany coast of Italy. The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a new-classic, eclectic style with quality wooden boards and terracotta floors. Elements of classic Italian residential architecture, such as interconnecting multiple areas for entertainment on ground floor and bedrooms on first floor, are combined with contemporary elements, like a red-clay tennis court and air-conditioning. Aesthetically, the house recalls traditional typologies as well as traditional materials including wood and stone locally sourced. A contemporary influence, however, was the decision to include Asian-sourced furnishing from the owner's travels, including Chinese precious wardrobes in the master bedroom.
