Villa Tali

Near the main entrance to the villa, there is a separate exercise area - a real gym equipped with a modern treadmill, stationary bicycle, orbitrek, set of weights, mats and benches. In the same area, which is air-conditioned and equipped with modern entertainment devices such as UHD Smart TV and BOSE Hi-fi system, there is a pool table, dartboard and sanitary facilities.

Upon entering the upper floor one comes to the spacious and beautiful living room with ultra-modern decorative details, and the latest extra-large diagonal UHD Smart TV. Here one can find the kitchen and dining room with a large glass table that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people on comfortable high-back, white leather chairs. Two comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and sea view are situated on this floor. 

A staircase leads down to the middle floor. The three bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, a terrace, air-condition and are equipped with UHD Smart TVs.

The ground floor has a Finnish/bio and infrared sauna, an experience shower and a relaxation area with a water bed, direct access to the sunbathing area and a 12.5 meter long swimming pool. There is also an outdoor whirlpool, spacious enough for 5 people. On the upper floor outdoor area there is fully-equipped summer kitchen and a Weber gas grill. 

Only 30 meters from the villa, there is a wood-covered pontoon for sunbathing.
