Villa offers a unique oasis of peace on property of 1000 m² and 230m² of living space. Villa spreads over two floors – ground and first floor and can accommodate a total of 8+2 persons in beautiful 4 bedrooms.
The environment creates an impression that you are back in Roman times when houses were scarce and olives and wine were abundant. The villa was built with traditional materials: stone and oak and many details that enhance the more stylish impression.
The garden makes this unique villa exceptionally appealing as it was designed that guests will spend most of their time outside – it is carefully decorated and maintained with many Mediterranean plants and stone details. During the day one can enjoy infinity swimming pool (40m²) and relax in the sun loungers, in the afternoon the exceptional sunset while the night brings moonlight and may stars in the sky as there are almost no neighbours and little light to interfere with the stars shining and twinkling. Here is also outdoor covered and tiled patio with a summer kitchen with barbecue and a large dining table. This whole space is designed as a place where guests will spend most of their time, surrounded by unspoiled nature, the scents of the Mediterranean and breath-taking views.
The interior of the villa is decorated with a special dose of love for the Mediterranean and its indigenous materials such as wood and stone. Interesting and lively details combined with a beautiful sea view adorn each room and make your stay in the indoors extremely pleasant and relaxing. Large windows are targeted to give guests the opportunity to enjoy as many as 2700 hours of sunshine a year!
From the terrace, through the glass doors you are entering ground floor of this island beauty which features a spacious and sunny living room with a fireplace, custom made furniture, a comfortable dining table that accommodates 6 people (two more persons at the kitchen counter) and a fully equipped kitchen with high quality dishes, pots and silverware. In addition, there are two bedrooms on this floor with a shared bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. One is a double bedroom with access to an outdoor terrace and swimming pool, while the other has a bunk bed with a lower double bed. The first floor; the attic of the villa consist of with two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a smaller balcony. The view focuses on the blue waters of the sea and the soothing green colour of the olive groves. Second bedroom is the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a large balcony with a comfortable outdoor sofa, chair and table. The large glass doors connect the room with the outside world making you surrounded with the blue sea once you wake up in the morning.
Being surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, sea views, the island of Vis and Pakleni islands, you will just not want to leave the villa even though the distance to the centre of the Hvar town is only 2 minutes by taxi or 15-20 minutes walking. The distance to the closest beach Pokonji Dol is about 400 meters. There you will find the lighthouse and a gorgeous pebble beach. The path is what locals call a goats path so you will need some adventurous spirit to walk it. In case you like to jog the old road to Milna among the olive groves and forest will be your first choice.
