The open-plan kitchen opens directly into the living and dining area with the internal staircase connecting the lower and upper levels of the villa. One of the luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom is also situated on the ground floor.

The first level of the villa consists of an entertainment area with a pool table, gaming console, sauna and outdoor sun loungers. There are also 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the top level with direct access to a large balcony equipped with a hot tub, the master bedroom boasts spectacular views.
The exquisite wine cellar in the basement has a traditional fireplace. In the garden there is a small house with a fireplace and a dining table for 8 people.

The central place in the carefully maintained garden is occupied by a heated pool (60 m²) surrounded by modern sun loungers.
