Commonly referred to as the ‘Crown  Jewel of the French Riviera’.  Indisputably one of the most jaw droppingly beautiful  waterfront properties in Europe, the modern  architecture of the villa exudes pure elegance as it  sits harmoniously upon the coastline of Saint Tropez,  overlooking the calm crisp waters of the private bay.  Built within a landscaped park at the heart of the  prestigious  “Parcs de Saint-Tropez”, the villa was designed by  renowned architect Herrera,  featuring exotic gardens of waterfalls, Koi Carp rivers,  2 heated swimming pools  and 700 sqm of terraces and shaded patios.  Benefiting from an exceptional position on the  waterfront, the property is protected from winds by a  bespoke dam, and can be accessed by the sea via  the private port that passes underneath the villa, by  air, landing directly on the 1.2-acre estate via the  private helipad and by the road via the privately  guarded and secured entrance of the “Parcs de Saint  Tropez”.

The main house consists of 7 x double en-suite  guest bedrooms. The guest suites have been designed around the  view. Peaceful, spacious and luxurious.  The large Master Suite, with en-suite  bathroom, dressing room and private  furnished terrace over-looking the ocean is  located on the 1st floor.  2 x additional double guest suites are located  adjacent to the main house, in the guest house.  The guest house features a private heated  swimming pool, indoor lounge/salon and  outdoor terraces with bathing deck.

The villa is complimented by its exceptional fully staffed and catered service, including Private Michelin trained chef, villa host, daily house-keeping team and dedicated concierge team.
