Located just a stones throw from the  action of Pampelonne beach and  with an outdoor children's play area  and indoor ‘shnug - TV room’, the villa  works particularly well for families with  young children.    The interior design is  immaculate, spacious, calming and  extremely well laid out. Using the highest  quality materials, fixtures and fittings.  Decorated sympathetically in a modern  Tropezian style, offering multiple social,  chillout and relaxing spaces. There is  a large main lounge area with a high  beamed ceiling, leading to an open plan  kitchen (with family breakfast bar), a  separate indoor dining area leads from  the main kitchen, with its own log burner.

There are large doors throughout, all  leading onto the manicured gardens and  the many shaded terraces and outdoor  dining/social/lounging areas.    The Guest suites have been  designed with comfortable rest in mind.  Peaceful, spacious and luxurious.  Four of the double en-suite guest  bedrooms are conveniently located on  the ground floor, equal in size. Three of  these guest suites have garden access via  private terrace.  The large Master Suite, with en-suite  bathroom, dressing room and private  furnished terrace over-looking the  gardens is located on the 1st Floor.The villas  stunning mature  gardens with an array of terraces and  relaxing spaces.

The large heated swimming pool with  sun loungers and parasols is a highlight of  the villa. The pool house with integrated  appliances, bar area, large cushioned  lounging area and jacuzzi make for  wonderful days and evenings socialising  and making happy memories.  There are a number of large outdoor  terraces, with a central outdoor dining  area, comfortable and stylish sofas  and tables to enjoy afternoon drinks or  morning coffee.
