The villa is immersed in a beautiful pine tree forest, on a private beach, inside a gated community.
The villa has a beautiful private garden of 10 acres and it’s only a few steps from the sea and the long white sandy beach of Roccamare.
The beach of Roccamare is considered one of the most beautiful beach in Italy’ recognized also by the European blue flag status, which guarantees for the amazing clear and clean water.
The villa was built in 1963 by the famous Italian architect is surrounded by pinewood forest with a beautiful lawn and garden, and a spacious stone terrace full of geraniums, on the beachfront side of the villa you will find a large patio overlooking the pool area, and a path of about 90 meters leads from the terrace or pool directly to the beach where the house disposes of private beach bungalow and a changing area.
The main entrance of the villa opens into a beautiful living and dining room, with fireplace and a study and TV room.
The dining room with its large French windows looks on to the terrace and garden beach front side of the villa that enjoys two living corners of opposing couches and a large table for outdoor dining.
On the garden side you find a beautiful new kitchen with another smaller more intimate outdoor living and dining option.
The environments are all very bright and lead out on the terrace that surrounds the entire house.
A total of 7 en-suites master bedrooms are available for guests on the main floor of the Villa.
The lower floor includes a large garage for two cars, a laundry room, a pantry room with 2 extra fridges and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the exclusive use of the guest’s villa staff.
For sports lovers, near the villa there are two tennis clubs and the excellent golf course of Punta Ala, Pelagone and Argentario. Main distances:
Grosseto (25 km), Florence (164 km), Pisa (137 km), Siena (99 km), Lucca (156 km), Rome (205 km).
For wellness and relaxation, several spas are available such as the thermal baths of Venturina (41 km), Calidario (44 km), Saturnia (80 km) and Sorano (112 km).
