The villa is immaculate and well laid out. Decorated in a modern Tropezian style, offering multiple social, chillout and relaxing spaces, including a main lounge area, separate cinema/TV snug and various outdoor sunbathing areas with shade. The large main lounge area with a high beamed ceiling leads to an open plan kitchen (with family breakfast bar) and dining area. There are large doors throughout, all leading onto the manicured gardens and the many shaded terraces and outdoor dining/social/lounging areas.

The property boasts mature gardens with an array of terraces and relaxing spaces. A beautifully raised heated swimming pool is a highlight of the villa, including pétanque pitch and hot tub/Jacuzzi. The garden has many attractive lounge and sunbathing areas with evening lighting. The entire property is fully fenced.

5 large and well-appointed double en-suite guest bedrooms. Two double en-suite guest bedrooms on the ground floor with outdoor terrace, one being the master bedroom suite. Three further double en-suite guest bedrooms are on the first floor, two with private balcony.
