Surrounded by 6.5 hectares of forests, figs, pomegranate and olive trees, this restored hamlet is positioned just three kilometres from a small town, the property dates back over 500 years and it has recently been completely renovated: situated between Umbria and the Tuscan border, this estate will allow you to easily access the famous historical and authentic towns around.

Firenze, Siena, Urbino and Rome are at distance between 1,5- and 2-hour drive whereas Assisi, Perugia and Montone can be reached by a short drive for a half day visit. The estate provides absolute peace: although it feels remote and private, the hamlet is within easy reach of the attractive Perugia and Assisi villages and offers unique vistas on the surrounding green hills of Umbria. The houses composing the hamlet are filled with light, rooms have beamed ceilings and windows overlooking the park with olive groves and pomegranate trees. The interior is airy and spacious and has been decorated in a classical style, featuring a chapel (not sacred) used as clubhouse for meetings, breakfasts, events.
