INTERIORS

The primary building, spanning three floors in an L-shape, includes a studio and a bedroom on the ground floor. The upper floor boasts a spacious room with an elegant dining area and chandeliers, along with an African-themed TV room and another bedroom. Additional bedrooms can be found on the top floor.

HOME DESIGN

The structure has been renovated over the years, starting in 2020. What was once an abandoned castle is now a villa housed within ancient, thick walls of original rock from the medieval period. Cotto floors and original stone walls are the primary materials, with some additions of marble, modern ceramics and wood floors in the bedrooms.

EXTERIORS

As you enter the property, a cypress-lined driveway takes you to a terracotta patio with outdoor seating and a stunning Assisi valley view. The well-kept garden boasts roses, plants, two fountains, a pool with a gazebo, and sun loungers, all cared for by the owners.
