The Villa is located only 150 m from the sea and pebble beach and 10 min driving from UNESCO's city Trogir. Marina is a small, quiet fishing village situated in a beautiful bay of clear sea and untouched nature. In the vicinity, there are several beautiful bays known for their beautiful pebble and sandy beaches. There are several shops, restaurants and cafes in Marina and a small marina for boaters. The place is intended primarily for lovers of quiet family vacations in private rooms, apartments and houses and a destination suitable for privacy lovers. Activities in addition to swimming and sunbathing are surfing, sport and underwater fishing and boat trips. For those who like fun and nightlife, it is recommended to visit nearby Trogir, Sibenik, Rogoznica and Split.

The Villa  is fully equipped with the latest design and amenities and has outdoor heated infinity pool, outdoor grill, gym, sauna and area for children. It has four en suite bedrooms and can accommodate 8 persons.

In the basement of villa there's a fitness oasis that contains everything you need to maintain a great physical form during vacation. In this area you will also find sauna with shower, toilette and laundry.

But the first thing we notice when coming to luxury Villa is its heated infinity pool situated on the ground floor terrace, overlooking beautiful blue sea and the city of Split. The sun-caressed terrace is equipped with sunbeds, so you can enjoy the warm Mediterranean sunshine at any time. Stone barbecue and an outside dining table complete the terrace, ideal for morning coffee while planning a daily itinerary or dinner under the stars.

Living room is connected to the terrace by large glass walls, giving you a feeling of cozy exterior while resting on custom made sofas that guarantee maximum comfort. A top-notch kitchen is connected to the dining area and there is an indoor dining table for 8 people.
