The main floor is the central area of the villa, which consists of a spacious living area, with an indoor fireplace and modern sofas. The hallway leads you to the fully equipped kitchen and the basement with its wine cellar. There is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate toilette with shower.
The first floor is connected to the ground level with a staircase. The furnishing has an antique character, meant to give the bedrooms a romantic atmosphere. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and have modern en-suite bathrooms with a shower and bath tub.
On the top floor one can find the modern and spacious master bedroom with its private balcony, large walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and king-size bed.
From the main ground floor, you can step onto a large stone terrace with a magnificent swimming pool. Pool area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoors furniture. There is also, a summer kitchenette.
The villa offers a spectacular view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is nearby, while the nearest beach (Banje) is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
