The third bedroom has twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. All three rooms have terraces with magnificent sea views. The fourth bedroom is smaller than others with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is an entrance to the villa via elevator, and a spacious parking lot.
The villa is located right next to the crystal clear sea on the Dubrovnik coast, has its own private sea deck and sea entrance. Located in the luxurious part of the coast, the villa is only a meter away from the sea and just 10km from the Old Town - the center of Dubrovnik.
