Chalet Shangrila

The chalet is ready to welcome for 6 adults and 5 children. Extra sleeps are possible on request.
3 double bedrooms, one children bedroom with 4 bunk beds and one extra sleep in the living room. 3 ½ bathrooms with 3 showers, 1 bathtub and 4 toilets. There is a kitchen, an eating area, two living rooms, one large “playroom” and a garage for two cars with a charging facility for one electric car.

The unique, exclusive old-wood-style chalet built in 2015 is located in a sunny secluded location at 940 metres altitude in the nature reserve of Hintersteiner See on the Wilden Kaiser. You will experience peace and quiet, luxury & pure nature here on a 2700 sqm property with dream views, sauna, hot tub and much more.

The ski world is minutes away. In the season you can take the free lake/ski bus from our neighbour. The HintersteinerSee invites you to swim and is minutes away.

The chalet was built in 2015, fully clad in wood inside and outside and has a size of about 400 square metres. It has a modern geothermal heating system with underfloor heating and its own high-quality water source. The chalet is exclusively furnished and equipped with a Sonos sound system. On the internet, you can surf a high-speed fibre optic line.

The terrace has umbrellas, a sandpit for children, a dining table and sunbeds. Available is also 2 Peloton fitness bikes along with 5 e-bikes. A brand new sauna and hot tub make this chalet our perfect escape for those seeking both seclusion and luxury.

The chalet has several balconies and outdoor areas. On the large sun terrace you can eat in large rounds or chill in the loungers. On the terrace you will also find two Weishupl sunbeds, a Weber grill and smoker. On the garden side of the house you will find two sunbeds and another Wishäupl sunshade. In addition, you can also eat there in the meadow at a wooden table.

The chalet is also ideally suited for families with babies, small and large children or teenagers. Your kids can let off steam in the game room on a slide, a small climbing wall, on the gymnastics mat, or in the shop. A kettcar is also used. Likewise, the tractors, sleds and bobs for the outdoors. You will also find a ping-pong table, dart board and Cornhole. For the (very) little ones we have children's dishes, a crib and a crib in the chalet. Your teens can use two e-bikes in the summer.

Hobby chefs will find everything that makes your heart beat faster in the chalet: Thermomix TM6, Kitchen Aid, Eismachine, Beefer, Raclette, Fondue, cheese fondue, bread maker, Dörrautomat, 2 refrigerators, freezer, wine fridge, wke water dishwasher, toaster, waffle iron, Slow Juicer, pasta machine, large pans, sandwich / indoor grill, microwave, etc.

The fantastic and picturesque back stone lake is only a few minutes away from the house. The lake invites you to swim, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking in summer. 2 SUPs and 1 kayak can be found in the chalet. Likewise, wonderful bike and hiking routes start directly at the chalet.
