Contrary to the classic Austrian chalet with its heavy woodwork, low ceilings and small windows this masterpiece of architecture is fully dedicated to light, warmth and spaciousness. High ceilings, wide glass windows, light woodwork and painted walls create a unique connection between the dramatic alpine scenario on the outside and the living area of the chalet. This hillside property appears like a picture frame for the perfect view. No matter how modern the footprint it still feels like a homely alpine chalet thanks to its huge wooden sun terrace, its fireplace and many more small details in the interior design. Entering the building you instantly sense that this is a family home. Everything is aimed at providing ample space to socialise with family and friends. Like the wonderful open-plan living and dining area with its unique layout that creates a natural flow from the designer kitchen to the big 14 seater table to the sofas and the fireplace. Spread on several levels the chalet sleeps eight adults and up to five children. This place is not only a feast for the design aficionado but also a heaven for children. From its lovely kids room, big swimming pool, kicker (in the living room!), free-climbing wall, swing, to ping pong table, dozens of board games and so on. The parents can meanwhile enjoy the sauna, the fitness area and the full length wooden sun terrace. Due to its location in a quite cul de sac the chalet provides a high level of privacy. The centre of Kitzbühel and the nearest lift station is a ten minute drive. Come and find out - it is worth every minute of it.

While we are all in our home offices to flatten the curve of the pandemic we can be sure that at some point in a few weeks the lockdowns will be lifted and travel will resume in one way or another. With a private villa holiday being safer in terms of exposure to other persons than a big hotel we are working even harder to ensure that your villa or chalet holiday is even more hassle free and comfortable than a hotel stay. Having that said we sympathize with the current insecurity as to when everything will go back to normal or say a new way of normal.
