This 5 bedroom chalet is located in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in the Kitzbühel area. The chalet offers amazing 180 degrees uninterrupted mountain views and there are no direct neighbours from each side.
The property consists of three levels accessible by elevator.
The upper level of the property consists of large open living and dining areas, access to multiple terraces with cozy outdoor furniture and two outdoor dining areas.
The middle level consists of three en-suite bedrooms, two of them are masters, and the spa area sound, steam room and a pool with a counter current system.
The lower level consists of two more en-suite bedrooms, a wine cellar, a ski room with boot heaters and a garage.
