Due to its central location, this house is very popular with everyone. On one hand, the house is very quiet, has a large garden, yet it is only a 5-minute walk to the ski meadow, ski rental & school, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. And it is only 8 minutes drive to Kitzbühel.

The main kitchen on the ground floor, installed in 2024, is fully equipped with modern amenities. Additionally, there are small
kitchenettes on the first floor.

There are 4 newly renovated bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, bunk beds for kids plus an extra bedroom in the basement. The total amount of guests up to 12.
The spacious living room features a modern television, an open fireplace, comfortable XL couch, and a large dining table. From here, you can access the expansive garden directly.

For summer holidays, the garden boasts a swimming pool, pool house and kitchen, barbecue facilities, and a children's playground.
