Located up on the hill, the chalet offers uninterrupted mountain views that guests can enjoy from the cosy terrace lounge zone, while having their drinks of choice served by our butler.
The area of the chalet is 590 m² and it consists of four levels accessible by elevator. Five bedrooms are ready to welcome the group of ten.
The property is within only a 10-minute drive from multiple ski lifts and from the centre of Kitzbühel; the chalet would be perfect for both skiing and exploring Kitzbühel.
During the summer period, we recommend visiting Lake Schwarzsee, which is in 5 minutes’ drive from the chalet.
To make sure you and your close ones will get the best holiday experience possible, our highly experienced chefs and butlers are at your disposal for seven days a week. Our unique concierge service, that is simply the best in the area, will provide you with all the support you might need during your stay in Kitzbühel.
