Villa La Playa

The villa boasts a heated swimming pool (32m²), a wellness oasis that contains a sauna and a gym. It spreads over 210m². It has 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, additional guest toilette, a spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is suitable for accommodation of 8 persons. You can literally access the beach as soon as you step out of the villa. 

In the front yard there is a barbecue grill, ideal for preparing traditional Dalmatian delicacies and a large dining table for 8 people. From there we enter the central part of the villa situated on the ground floor - a space intended exclusively for relaxation and fun with a modern furnished kitchen, a dining table for 8 persons, guest bathroom and an open space living room with a large sofa. 

An internal staircase takes you to the first floor of the villa where there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each of the rooms is air conditioned and has a private terrace. The Master bedroom is equipped with a tub and double sink.

On the second floor, you will find two en suite bedrooms with large roof windows.
Private parking for four vehicles is on the guests‘ disposal on the property grounds.
