This modern five bedroom villa, is nestled in the heart of the mountains in Ibiza, close to San Jose village. Designed by the award-winning architect Jano Blanco, the villa boasts 550 m² of space all on one level set on 20.000 m² of land making it the perfect place to catch some breathtaking sea views. The villa offers privacy and seclusion, but it is also close to Carretera de Sant Josep making it a 10 minute drive to the airport and some of Ibiza’s best beaches, clubs, restaurants and bars. The village of San Jose is within walking distance. The wonderful Mediterranean weather can be enjoyed by the 20-meter long infinity pool as you relax on the sun beds and take in the magnificent views to land and sea. There is an outdoor dining area seating 10 people, a spacious chill-out area beside the pool as well as a comfortable seating area and a roof terrace. Private gates lead to a car parking area with enough space for several cars. The interior has been expertly designed and furnished by the world famous interior designer Jose Antonio Flores. The latest state of the art equipment and facilities have been installed - including kitchen, security and laundry/cleaning facilities. The lounge area has huge floor to ceiling sliding doors, offering breathtaking views which you can enjoy lying down on the comfortable sofas.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area seats 10 people. The latest technology has been installed such as air conditioning and heating, a Paradox security system, a home theatre entertainment system -indoors and outdoors- as well as free high speed internet. The separate staff quarters are set within the grounds in the back of the house. There are five luxurious bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with showers, all furnished to the highest standard with designer pieces. Each room features a comfortable king size bed, a private terrace and -naturally- stunning views !
