Airy, stylish and perfect for families, this is an elegant Tuscan villa. Whereas the wooden beams and cotto paving stones come straight from the local tradition, the colour palette and its architecture tell a different story: once two adjacent houses belonging to a brother and a sister in 1900, this house has been completely restored in 2006 and converted in one big two storey country villa by its new owner, with the help of architect M. Bonan, the power force behind the J.K. Place Hotel in Florence. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor, apart from a small bedroom with en-suite bathroom for staff or guests with physical challenges of any sort. Extremely easy to navigate, the house radiates happiness, is filled with light and is surrounded by roses of different variety, olive trees and vineyards.
