Nestled in the hills that surround Forte dei Marmi and its coast, between the olive trees and the fresh scent of the sea, this is the perfect choice if you really want to feel like you are in the country. This traditional property has become a modern guest house, just a few minutes from the refreshing sea breeze of the Tuscan coast.
The house has eight elegantly furnished rooms with light-painted walls, modern fabrics, lots of books and stylish objects. All rooms have a private bathroom, which is decorated in gray or green tones and furnished with modern furniture. The bathrooms have Calacatta marble floors - some even have a Danish fireplace - and large windows with panoramic views. Guests will always find fresh flowers and a kettle with a selection of herbal teas as well as a luxurious cosmetic set.
On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom, and the terrace with pool. The result is a modern, classic house with stone, resin floors and high quality washed wood boards and marble. Modern, comfortable and soothing, this is a bohemian retreat full of light and an inviting atmosphere. The living areas include two large rooms with fireplaces and a breakfast area with a fully equipped open kitchen. The refined atmosphere is also underlined by the light shades of nude and gray, which are highlighted by the vintage pieces and the Italian design of the 50s and 60s. There is a heated pool with parasols and sun loungers, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the coast. For fitness enthusiasts, the property has a gym with Technogym equipment and a comfortable sauna with an outdoor shower. In the lush garden with the Mediterranean plants, citrus trees and flowers, guests can regenerate themselves and spend a relaxing time.
It can accommodate up to 21 adults (5 extra beds available) and 3 children (3 cots available). However, it is best suited for a total of 16 guests.
This property is in an excellent location just above the coast of Forte dei Marmi. Some of the nearby restaurants serve both regional and international organic cuisine. Activities include hiking, sailing and wine tasting. Your local concierge will be happy to help you rent bicycles, or a boat, reserve a table in the world famous Marconi Enoteca, or even a cabana in the beach clubs.
