Minutes away from Castagneto and the Super Tuscans district, between Florence and Rome, you can find this sumptuous mansion in a unique style combination of English and Mediterranean taste. Originally a farming house dating back to the 1800s, it has recently undergone a major restoration. The decorational elements were curated by its owner, a big name in the contemporary art scene in London. The house, situated in the middle of more than 30 acres of private land standing on top of a hill with breathtaking views, is a perfect fit for 10 guests, however it can host easily up to 13, featuring 4 double bedrooms and 2 further bedrooms with adjustable single or queen size beds, while one extra double bedroom located on a semi-annex (adjacent to the villa). The heart of the house is the spacious living room, formidably decorated with unique antique and contemporary furniture, and an equally spacious porch for the summer. With one of the most picturesque stone pools in the whole of Tuscany, surrounded by blossoming trees, even more artisanal Tuscan stone and a tennis court, this villa stands out among all the other residencies in the area. In addition, the house has private access to a beach with changing rooms, shower and sun beds, all just 20 minutes away.
