Perched on top of a cliff in southern Tuscany overlooking the sea, this villa is an absolute stunner. No wonder since it has been the setting for a 007 movie. The estate is composed by a scenic tower and an annex, both furnished in bohemian, but elegant style: authentic local materials and pastel palettes used in order to convey a pure Mediterranean feeling. Originally an ancient watchtower that dates back to the 13th century, the property has been frequently restored. A walkway leads down to the seaside and the sun deck while a private road leads to the property. The bright lounge on the first floor offers grand vistas to the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers is a fantastic spot for relaxing or dining alfresco whilst enjoying the sight of the Tuscan islands on the horizon. Even though the house is furnished with antique furniture, the interior is airy, bright and welcoming. Please note: the private pebbled beach is shared with another property in the estate.
