Located among one of the most naturally fascinating and untouched areas of Sardinia, atop a rocky promontory, with a 360° of coast view, this villa is a valid italian alternative to Caribbean properties. Built entirely of granite by King Vittorio Emanuele di Savoia in 1856, the house has quite the reputation to uphold: during restoration, it has been completely refurbished according to the strictest standards, it only uses natural, raw materials and clean energy sources (solar panels and photovoltaic systems) for power.
By the same token, all waste is recycled and treated, thanks to the latest in disposal technology, therefore also takes a "green" approach to historic luxury. Set in a huge, modular, teak-floored terrace, guests will lounge infinity poolside on the villa's fully furnished lounge area.
All of this in the guest's front yard, hanging over a seafront cliff. Then, the back yard features a signature Mediterranean garden with century-old olive trees, endemic bushes, and eight glass gazebos. The interior's style alternates modern design with vintage furniture collected all over the world and lighting by Murano Glass.
