This elegant villa is located on the western shores of Lake Como in the town of Laglio, one of
the most sought-after villages on the lake. The property is located on the famous old road of Lake Como which winds its way past some of Italy’s most famous villas and through some of the lake's most picturesque towns. The historic villa, which fits right into place in this truly majestic setting which dates back to the end of the 19th century, includes 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests. The second floor includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms including one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor possess lake views. The villa boasts stunning gardens and grounds offering complete privacy and seclusion which is a rarity in this particular part of the lake. The extremely well manicured lawn where the gorgeous swimming pool with lake views is found is a true gem where guests can spend
hours sunbathing by the pool or enjoying alfresco dining in the numerous outdoor dining spots found within the grounds of the property.
The lake can be reached within a minute of leaving the front door and within a two minute walk
from the villa there are restaurants and shops.

The town of Laglio occupies one of the best positions on the lake, on the most exclusive stretch of Lake Como, situated amongst some of the area’s most beautiful villages, an ideal launching pad to explore the lake and its hamlets by boat.
