This property consists of two luxurious villas near the artists' village of Blevio, directly on the shores of Lake Como, opposite the famous Grand Hotel Villa d'Este. The villas have their own dock, so you can easily travel by seaplane or take a scenic flight. Or take a water taxi to the Villa d'Este and drink a cappuccino under the trees on the shore. The property has a large underground car park, which connects both villas in the underground. If it's worthwhile to travel with your own sports car or convertible, it's probably here. In the early 19th century, the two residences were occupied by the celebrated dancer Maria Taglioni, who owned and restored the prestigious Ca'd'Oro on the Grand Canal in Venice. She was also attracted by the beauty and romantic atmosphere of Lake Como, as well as Rossini, Liszt and Bellini before her.
The villas are accessed via a secured 500 meter long driveway and are set in seven acres of gardens and trees. The 200m² pool offers from its sundeck a unique panoramic view of the lake. The pool area is illuminated at night. The area offers beautiful walks and guests can reach the village of Blevio via a special lakeshore path. Maritime activities such as water skiing are arranged by the butler directly at the private dock.
The villa has been completely renovated to the highest standards and luxuriously furnished. A beautiful terrace with pergola-covered dining area, overlooking the lake and romantic night lighting. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a nanny. Both villas can be rented separately but would then share the pool. They are ideal for larger groups of up to 26 guests and therefore also for special occasions a dream.
