Villa Andreas
Description
The modern line villa has been built on a green hill with panoramic views to the islands of Mykonos, Naxos, Tinos, Syros and the village of Naoussa. It has been designed by a well acclaimed architect and has been presented in many magazines both Greek and international. The furniture is top of the range designers furniture and meets the highest standards of luxury.
The villa consists of 3 levels. The first level has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, (one of them en suite). On the second level there is a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk room and 2 bathrooms. On the third level there is the masters bedroom with a sitting area and magnificent all round views.
The villa is 372 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The plot is 14.000 sqm covered with old olive, cypress, mulberry trees and hundreds of indigenous aromatic plants such as sage, thyme, rosemary, etc. In the spacious verandas which are all around the house and the swimming pool the guests will find plenty of deck chairs, armchairs, built in sofas and they can enjoy their meals in one of the two dining areas (for 10 & 12 people respectively), protected from the winds in total privacy.
Villa Andreas is 3 km from Naoussa. It’s the most vivid place on the island with a large number of bars, cafes, restaurants, tavernas, shops, etc.
There are Kolymbithres and Piperi beaches nearby. Kolymbithres beach is probably the most famous beach on the island, it has been characterised as an "area of outstanding natural beauty". There is also a top water ski and water sports school.

Linen is being changed twice a week.
Cleaning every day except Sundays and holidays.
