The villa, with access to the sea, is built in an elegant and luxurious style on two levels. The property enjoys stunning sea views, while all sides are surrounded by a large, private garden. Guests will surely be overwhelmed by its stunning sea views.
A private driveway leads through the garden right down to the entrance door. The elegant hall, leads into an spacious, modern and airy living and dining area with sliding glass doors leading directly to the terrace, pool and seafront promenade. By this area lies the large kitchen, divided into two areas. It has several facilities, allowing for the preparation from snacks and light meals to full meals or gala dinners. On this level there is also, a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The four bedrooms are located on the first floor, all up a large, majestic marble staircase decorated with lovely modern paintings. Four double bedrooms are all located along a corridor. All bedrooms have double beds, two of them with en suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a balcony from where you can enjoy wonderful views of sea.
The outdoor areas create a wonderful atmosphere enriched by fresh, gentle Mediterranean sea breezes. Relax in the bubbling hot tub or swimming pool, take advantage of the sunbathing area and then enjoy the outdoor shower. There is also a beautifully landscaped barbecue area in the shade. It extends over 2 levels paved with natural stone floors. Between the impressive architecture, the lavish interiors, the private sauna and the attentive service, the guests who stay here experience much more than a vacation!
