Villa Agosta

14  Guests Bedrooms 7  Bedrooms Bathtub 7  Bathrooms
From €37,200 to €58,300 per week

The villa was built around 1908 in a distinctly Art Nouveau style. For a number of years, the villa was owned by a famous shipbuilding family from Mali Lošinj, the Martinolich family, and after World War II it became an annex to the Alhambra hotel. The hotel and villa harmoniously blend the historic charm of sophisticated architecture with contemporary design into a unique space that exudes warmth and discreet luxury. Surrounded by a meticulously designed park, each detail, from the rooms to the beach, has been crafted to provide guests with maximum comfort and ultimate pleasure.

The villa features six suites with views to Čikat bay, a separate living room and one Deluxe Room with park view. The house is suitable for accommodating up to 14 people and spreads over 410m². All suites are named after the famous sea captains and shipbuilding families of the island of Lošinj.

The ground floor is made for wine & dine and it is called Nedella – it has a service area with kitchen and storage; 3 interconnected dinning rooms, a glass winter garden with access to the outdoor garden.

Connected with elevator and stairs you may reach the first floor where you will find 2 suites. The Martinolich Suite with a king size bed, small balcony, a pull-out sofa and bathroom with bath (69m²). And the Tarabocchia Suite with a king size bed, pull-out sofa and bathroom with bath (61m²). Guests on the 1st floor are welcome to use the lounge area with the terrace, located on the same floor.

Upon entering the second level you step into another dream area: the Capt. Leva Suite with 2 balconies, queen size bed, pull-out sofa and bathroom with bath (62m²). The Deluxe room with park view has a small balcony, a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath (37m²). The Capt. Budinich Suite has 2 balconies, a king size bed, a pull-out sofa and bathroom with bath (68m²).

The third floor is reserved for the more spacious suites: The Capt. Cosulich Suite – mansard with many small windows around the suite and frontal loggia with open roof, king size bed, pull-out sofa and bathroom with bath (79m²) and the Capt. Petrina Suite – mansard with many small windows around the suite and frontal loggia with open roof, king size bed, pull-out sofa and bathroom with bath (71m²).

You can find everything you wish for at the villa's concièrge, from organised transfers and luxury car and boat rentals to tailor-made trips and personalised experiences. You may also find a wide range of services at the Alhambra Spa zone (a seawater pool, Finnish and Turkish saunas, fitness studio, yoga, massages and beauty treatments).

If you’re looking for leisure in nature, you can always walk down to the beach below jump into the sea, and enjoy being cured by our waters. Our staff will always reserve a place for you to lie on the sun deck.
