For those who value privacy alongside elegance, this beautiful tropical Island in the fashionable area of Angra Dos Reis (Creek of the kings) is the perfect location.
The property consists of the following buildings:
The outer buildings: a 120m² caretaker's house and a boathouse. Here are the solar panels which provide the island's electricity.
The main house: a living room, two additional rooms, a dining room and a kitchen surrounded by a wooden deck.
Four bungalows: each bungalow serves as a private suite with a bedroom/bathroom and stunning views of the ocean. The bungalows share a common bar/seating area, and are surrounded by a large deck from which you can dive into the sea.
Covered outdoor dining area: there is also a covered area with a large built barbeque surrounded by the landscaped lawn with palm trees and sun loungers. This lawn leads to a natural freshwater pool carved in stone by the sea.
There is also a deck connecting the main house and the bungalows which also links the helipad and the docking area for boats.
The Island has its own fresh water supply and electricity supplied by solar panels as well as a back up generator.
Isla Maná is located 3km from the secure port of Brachuy, which in turn is a 3 hour drive from Rio and a 5 hour drive from Sao Paulo on the Costa Verde in the state of Rio de Janerio. As part of a larger archipelago in the bay of Angra, the area is protected from the open ocean and therefore blessed with warm emerald green water and lush, varied vegetation and wildlife. The island is 62.500m² with a 1.200 ft perimeter.
