While we are all in our home offices to flatten the curve of the pandemic we can be sure that at some point in a few weeks the lockdowns will be lifted and travel will resume in one way or another. With a private villa holiday being safer in terms of exposure to other persons than a big hotel we are working even harder to ensure that your villa or chalet holiday is even more hassle free and comfortable than a hotel stay. Having that said we sympathize with the current insecurity as to when everything will go back to normal or say a new way of normal. To address this insecurity we are establishing a new cancellation and payment policy to enable you to make plans but without having to worry that down payments are void or cancellation deadlines are approaching too fast.
