The ground floor is the central area, which has a billiard-room with lounge area and TV. The lounge area extends to the large, white painted dining room. It is connected to the fully equipped high-tech kitchen with a bar counter and a spacious living room with modern sofas, which opens to a beautiful partial covered terrace with a barbecue, outdoor dining area and an intoxicating view of the sea. The other side of the villa has the gym and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, sauna and an indoors swimming pool.

On the top floor, there are five spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV and terrace overlooking the sea. Four bedrooms consist of double beds and the other one has with twin beds.

The luxurious exterior of the villa is enhanced by the spacious, sunny terraces with deckchairs, swimming pool, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with a grill and dining table where you can relax after a long day on the beach.
