Villa Mina

The villa extends on 600m² of beautifully landscaped property and it consists of 3 floors; a lower ground floor area with a swimming pool and gazebo, main ground floor, first floor and the second. It has 4 bedrooms, with 4 king-size beds, 4 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. 

Surrounded by typical beautiful Dalmatian greenery, you will feel as though you are in an oasis of peace and tranquility. The terrace has a beautiful heated swimming pool of 36m², furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing. Here you will also find a gazebo with dining area, ideal for star lit dinners.

From the pool area a few stone stairs lead to the ground floor of the villa, which has four bedrooms, as well as sauna and gym for active sports and recreational fun. Each of the bedrooms has a double king-size bed with a modern en-suite bathroom and terraces.

A staircase connects the ground to the first floor. This floor contains a modern kitchen and a dining table for eight persons, a spacious area with a comfortable living room with a large sofa and LCD TV. The long terrace of the first floor offers a magnificent view.

The villa located in an attractive part of the Trogir Riviera, in a bay close to Vinisce and only 7km from Marina, 10m from the sea and 20 km from the town of Trogir, which is listed as a UNESCO heritage site. This resort has always been known for its rich Mediterranean vegetation, ancient olive groves and vineyards, sandy and rocky beaches and coves. Situated in the immediate surroundings of the bay are numerous islands and islets that are just perfect for daily excursions by boat or yacht.
