The villa is nestled on the outskirts of the historic Ramatuelle village in a seven-hectare estate overlooking Pampelonne beach. Walking through the front entrance of the villa, there is a large bright entrance hallway leading into the main living room with traditional fireplace and access to two socialising terraces. There is a separate TV/Library room on the ground floor with a large (retractable) flat screen television. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stunning gas hob, central working space with two dishwashers, full oven and cold room. Here we have access to outside dining terrace and a unique sunroom which can be open or closed with traditional BBQ, leading on to the beautifully maintained Mediterranean Gardens with pine trees characteristic of the area.

5 large and well-appointed en-suite guest bedrooms.  One double en-suite guest bedroom on the ground  floor with outdoor terrace.  Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with full  bathroom, private study and private balcony with ocean  views and retractable canopy.  The lower level has 2 large double en-suite guest  bedrooms each with private garden terraces and  dressing rooms.  The original windmill has been carefully restored and  converted into a beautiful and fully air-conditioned  double bedroom suite, with entrance level dressing  and shower room, upstairs a large bedroom with Smart  TV. The villa boasts stunning mature  gardens with an array of terraces and  relaxing spaces. A large heated swimming  pool with pool house kitchen and W/C with  views over Pampleonne is a highlight of the  villa.  The garden has many attractive lounge and  sunbathing areas with fountains and beautiful  evening lighting. The entire property is fully  fenced with an electric gate. 3 hectares are  manicured gardens, the rest is forest.  There is a newly created and well-equipped  Gymnasium with stunning views up to the  Medieval village of Ramatuelle.
